Hahira sits about twelve miles north of Valdosta in northern Lowndes County. It is a smaller town with a lot of mature canopy close to houses, particularly around Main Street and the older residential streets. Our normal working area is all of Lowndes County — Valdosta itself, plus Hahira, Lake Park, Dasher, Remerton, Naylor, Clyattville and the unincorporated county in between. Where you sit inside the county changes the job more than people expect.

  • Inside a city limit — Valdosta, Hahira, Lake Park, Dasher, Remerton — your municipality has its own rules for yard-waste and storm-debris collection, and they are not the same rules.
  • Unincorporated Lowndes County — after storms the county has stated plainly that residents arrange their own debris removal; there is no county curbside pickup.
  • Right-of-way and easement trees are a different conversation again, and we confirm with the relevant city or the county before touching anything near a street.
